Easy Frittata

Ingredients for four people

  • 8 eggs
  • One handful of grated cheese
  • One bell pepper
  • Eight cherry tomatoes
  • One bag of cell via potato cubes
  • Two cloves garlic
  • Three spring onions

Time: Less than 30 minutes


  • Slice the onions and garlic into small pieces. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes into oblong slices.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl of parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat some margarine in a frying pan and fry gently chopped spring onion and garlic. Add the bell pepper and potato cubes and cook it for about 2 minutes.
  • Reduce heat very gently and add the egg mixture to the pan. Let the frittata yarn in approximately 10-12 minutes. Leg after a minute or 8 slices of tomato on top of the frittata and sprinkle a little black pepper.
  • Serve the frittata with a fresh green salad with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Tortellini Soup

Ingredients for four people

  • 50g Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • One liter of vegetable stock (tablet)
  • One pack (à 500 gr) passata
  • One scale (à 250 gr) tortellini with cheese (fresh pasta)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 400g Italian Toorak mixes (chilled)

Time: Less than 30 minutes


  • Heat in a (soup) pans with olive oil. Fry the wok vegetables 4 minutes. Pour the tomatoes and broth. Cook the soup gently for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook in plenty of salted water for the pasta according to package directions. Drain the pasta and add to the soup. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Distribute the tortellini across four bowls and serve with the cheese.

Budget! Stew with green beans and bacon

Ingredients for four people

  • 450g green beans
  • 1 onion
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Two tablespoons tomato paste
  • 800g potatoes (e.g., CêlaVíta mini works, each)
  • 250g bacon
  • One pinch of salt/pepper

Time: Less than 30 minutes


  • Clean the green beans and cut them in half. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
  • Chop also the outing. Fry the bacon until they are cooked with onion.
  • Add potatoes and green beans and mix well.
  • Add the tomato paste and fry for 1 minute. Finally, insert the spices and water.
  • Now let this simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the moisture has dissolved.
  • Divide the court into four plates and serve.
